TCU’s Public Prosecutor’s Office wants to know the names of the owners of Brazilian betting companies

The Brazil Deputy Attorney General has filed a complaint with the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) to mandate that the Ministry of Finance ensures full transparency in the authorisation processes for betting establishments, prohibiting the secrecy and redaction of the names of partners and ultimate beneficiaries.
