Brazil’s Ministry of Finance will publish new rules for betting advertising on Friday

Dario Durigan states that advertisements will be accompanied by warnings from the ministry, such as "betting makes you lose money". According to the minister, commentators will not be permitted to make statements – "with a veneer of technical backing" – that could induce bettors to adopt a certain stance.
